Lester Bryman has been one of the world’s top nutritional practitioners and teachers for many decades now. A graduate of the Chiropractic Institute of New York, Class of 1958, he has half a century of clinical experience and is a leader in nutrition-oriented practice. Co-founder of two highly successful nutrition-oriented practices - in upstate New York and Tampa, Florida – he is currently a nutritionist at the Tampa Clinic, where he oversees the progress of patients. A Master Nutrition Response Testing practitioner, he is also the Dean of Advanced Clinical Training at the UNS training facility, where he trains other practitioners in the use and application of Nutrition Response Testing with the assistance of Scott Damanti.

Freddie Ulan has been one of the world’s top nutritional practitioners and teachers for many decades. He is a 1965 graduate of the Chiropractic Institute of New York and a Certified Clinical Nutritionist. Dr Ulan is chairman of Ulan Nutritional Systems, Inc where he and his team of highly qualified experts train practitioners from around the country –and even other parts of the world – in the use of the Nutrition Response Testing techniques. He was personally trained by top masters in nutritional therapies, who were also his own personal physicians.
